Pilates is an excellent mode of exercise for general conditioning and rehabilitation. Our Exercise Physiologist can help to improve muscle imbalance, muscle retraining, improve posture and low back pain along with developing efficiency of movement and breathing. Sessions from the rooms include floor work, with the use of balls, bands and rollers along with the addition of reformer classes. Sessions are highly personalised with small group classes or even the option for one to one training. You can claim pilates sessions with your health insurance fund, depending on your level of cover.
